About me
Like so many other small businesses, The Little Things Company started during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020.
I had only been at uni for a few months before the pandemic had hit. In March 2020, like so many others, my mental health took a pretty big hit, and I found myself reaching for tiny little glimmers amongst the chaos happening around me. It started with a simple list. I wrote a list of Little Things that reminded me to stay grateful for being here - grand pianos and cinnamon sticks and starry lanterns and polaroid cameras.
That list became a typography print. Then that typography print became a watercolour painting and before I knew it, I was running an Etsy shop doing the same for others. I must have hand painted hundreds of Little Things that year!
I knew that I found my purpose. But painting was taking a long time, and I thought that I could reach more people if I could find a way to manufacture these prints for all budgets. I was so determined to do so that I taught myself digital art, and promised to create Little Things posters that were accessible for anyone who needed that same boost that I did.
Which brings us to today! Take a look around, please reach out to me with any questions, and don’t forget to cherish your Little Things - they’re all we’ve got to hang on to.

What are your Little Things?
Okay, I’ll start! Some of my Little Things are chamomile tea, Stranger Things, lanterns, stars, Mexican food, painting and my trusty Doc Martens!
Whatever your Little Things are, you can find them in the Singles shop as prints or add them to any custom product in the catalogue.
